PDF documents now need to be edited to be viewed

On the previous release, when going into Admin/Documents it was possible to just click on the PDF icon to view/download the PDF document.  Now the PDF icon seems to have been merged with the Edit icon, which means the only way to view the PDF is to Edit it.

I did find it rather handy that you could view the PDFs without Editing, so I am just checking whether this change was intentional.  The less "editing" required, the less chance of making unwanted changes by mistake.

Can you confirm this change was intentional please.  Not a major issue either way, just curious.

  Yes this was intentional, it was changed in order to make that multi-purpose icon always perform a consistent action.
