Agents set up to receive emails by default
From what I can work out, when setting up an agent you effectively add a new user for that Agent. That user seems to become the "default" user for all cases related to that Agent. This means that every time a case is quoted or put on cover that user is automatically selected to receive the emails.
Is there any way we can "switch this off" so that no individuals are automatically selected to receive the emails ?
I may be completely wrong in what I am saying but on the cases I have looked at so far that seems to be the case.
