I cannot view downloads on my computer for ecosure.schemeserve
When trying to view documents on schemeserve i get the error message “\Downloads\253099 Invoice.pdf.part could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to a different location.”

Can i ask which browser your using? though it may not be the browser it could be the location on your PC that your saving the file to.
When you download files dependning on the browser you use, they will automatically download files to a default location (e.g., to the Desktop or, depending on your operating system, to a special "Downloads" folder) unless you've selected a different download folder. If downloads fail or if the browser crashes during download it may be related to the download location; for example, the download folder may contain a lot of images, may be corrupt or inaccessible or the folder may no longer exist.
The best thing to do here is go into your browser settings and change the default folder in which your downloads are saved and try again, either that or have a look at the downloads folder and see if you can see anything wrong or if it just needs a bit of a clear up.
