Automatic Status of MTAs and Renewals

From day one the status of an MTA and Renewal was "Pending".

I am looking at renewals now and it seems to have automatically been created with a status of "Quotation".

Can you tell me how long this has been the case please?

Can you get back to me urgently as our client has been unexpectantly sending renewal quotations without realising as a result of this.  This is on Live, not Labs.

  Thanks for your question.

  We've not made any changes here though.  Renewals have always started as Quotation whereas MTAs goes straight to Pending.

  The reason for this difference is that people often choose to send Renewal Invitation documents after the renewal has all been checked and the status set to Pending via the Invite Renewal button.  In MTAs this part is skipped.
