Show Premium at top of Matrix Tab

It would be really handy to display the Total Premium for a case at the top of the Matrix Tab.

With this you can see it straight away rather than scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

This would be particularly handy for First Premiums if you are trying to work out which insurer is cheapest.

No need display the IPT, Fees and Commissions, just the Total Premium.
